This video resonates with me on so many different levels.

• The feeling of being different. The rest of the pandas are so content with staying in the crib, but not this one. Something is driving this panda to escape!
• The constant correction. When you don’t fit the mold, others constantly remind you to stop trying to get out of the cell! You are supposed to stay there and be content!
• The unending struggle. No matter how many times others may push back and tell you to git back to the role they expect for you, something deep inside of you will not let go, and you’ll be right back at it again.

Whether this struggle manifests itself internally and well disguised or externally in a very visable way, the core is the same: creatives think and approach the world very different than most.
